Happy Friday! Serving up a Pear Mojito before heading out to dinner. I've been excited about this all week and it was hard not to break into it on Monday night. Oh! and check out the Neiman Marcus x Target shaker I got for Christmas! Thank you BFF!
2 parts white rum
2 parts pear nectar (fresh or bottled, mine was Goya brand)
1 part sugar
Gently muddle mint, 2 lime wedges and sugar in bottom of high ball glass. You don't want the mint to be shredded. Muddle it just enough for the oils to be released. Shake pear nectar and rum in shaker with ice. Pour over ice into your glass. Stir and garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge. Cheers!
